Peter Corbett

I am a British photographer working primarily in black and white. My work has been exhibited both internationally and in the UK. My images have been described as intriguing, humorous, quirky and timeless.

I’d like to think that anyone looking at these images comes away with more questions than answers. That’s the beguiling nature of the human stories told by the lens. If you leave feeling intrigued, then my work has had the effect I am after.

Keep an eye on the blog-page and photo-essays which are the result of my artistic partnership with Vilja Wheatcroft - my wife, writer, and soulmate. Our skills consolidate to present an artistic collaboration that is hopefully greater than the sum of the parts.
